New Client Policy
All new clients are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total of their service(s) before an appointment is confirmed. The deposit will go towards the total cost of service(s) and is refundable if the appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice, in accordance with our cancellation policies. New client deposits must be paid within 48 hours of the appointment request, or the appointment request will be cancelled.
First Time Getting Waxed with Amy?
All first time clients and clients who have not been in for a brow wax in 5 or more weeks will need to choose the ‘1st Visit’ option. This all inclusive appointment includes:

For returning clients, this service includes a wax, tint, and instructions on how to maintain your beautiful brows! This appointment is intended to work towards and maintain your ideal brows. Tints your brows to your desired color. All brow colors can be matched, including reds. Tinting helps create your ideal brow shape, creates more symmetry on your face, and brings out your eyes more.
Schedule the "Brow Wax + Tint 1st Visit" if this is your first brow appointment with us or if it has been more than 5 weeks since your last appointment. Recommended every 2-4 weeks.

For returning clients, this appointment includes a customized brow design, brow correction if needed, wax, trim, tweeze, fill in, and instructions on how to maintain your new beautiful brows! You will leave your appointment with perfectly shaped and filled in brows!
Schedule the "Brow Wax 1st Visit" if this is your first brow appointment with us or if it has been more than 5 weeks since your last appointment. If you are looking for a low-maintenance, fuller look for your brows, book the Brow Wax + Tint Revisit. Recommended every 2-4 weeks depending on your skin type, routine, and brow hair growth cycle.
